Dinner is served promptly at 20.30 and all the guests eat together at the same table in one sitting. Young children eat earlier at 19.00.
We do request that guests advise us at the time of booking if there are any special dietary requirements and regret that we are unable to cater for vegans.
Accommodation prices
Our 2010 price is 78.00 Euros per person per night for bed, breakfast and four course evening meal, including IVA. House wine is included with the meal and brandy with the coffee.
Children of 10 years and under are 58 Euros.

Whilst our terms are expressed as half board we will deduct 25 Euros (22 Euros for children) if the evening meal is not required and we are advised the night before.

IVA/VAT is due to rise in 2010 but the prices shown above, which include IVA, will not change.

During the months of June to August we do not accept children of under12 years. Exceptionally, if there is a group of seven or eight people, we would waive this restriction.

Terms of payment
Payment in full prior to departure. We prefer payment by cash or Euro travellers cheques and regret that we do not accept credit cards. When obtaining Euros it is worth bearing in mind that many establishments in Spain are reluctant to accept Euro notes over 50 Euros due to the incidence of counterfeit notes in circulation.
Airports
A new airport, Lleida-Alguaire, opened at Alguaire (approximately 10 kms north of the city of Lleida) in January 2010. This airport will handle low cost flights and will be just over an hour's drive from Santa Engracia. See the government web site at http://www.aeroportlleida.cat/en_index.html for news.
Until Lleida-Alguaire is fully operational the most convenient airports serving this area are Barcelona, Reus (near Tarragona) Girona and Zaragoza, approximately 3, 2.5, 3 and 3.5 hours drive away respectively. There are also charter flights to Reus from May to October from various UK airports. Madrid is approximately 5 hours drive away. The airports of Pau, Tarbes, Toulouse and Perpignan in France may also be of interest as they are approximately 4 - 5 hours drive away.
