Our standard 2012 price is 88.00 Euros per person per night for half board.

We offer Butterfly Conservation groups of 6-7 people and a minimum five night stay a discount of 10% from the half board price, which works out at 79.20 Euros nett per person per night. This offer is for bed, breakfast, four course evening meal with house wine and coffee with brandy. VAT is also included. The items not included are drinks from the bar or room mini-bar and any filled baguettes or packed lunches. Tea and coffee is available free of charge in the bedrooms.

Continental breakfast consisting of croissants, home-baked bread, fruit juice, fruit salad, various cereals, ham, cheese, yoghourt, home made jams, local honey, fruit, tea, coffee, etc.

The evening meal includes soup, a first course usually served with a salad, a main course of two different meats or fish, a dessert, house wine, coffee and brandy. A choice is not offered but guests are requested to advise in advance if there is anything they cannot eat or do not like.

Optional packed lunches are available at 7.50 Euros nett each comprising of a white 'media' baguette or brown ‘Six cereals’ loaf (filled to guests specific requirements from an extensive list of fillings), fruit, cereal bar, fruit juice and bottled mineral water. If only the filled baguette or loaf is required then the price is only 4.50 Euros nett.

As bookings are accepted on a 'first come first served basis' and it would be necessary to reserve all accommodation for a group's exclusive use we would be pleased to initially pencil in any dates you are likely to require pending your further advice.

Should there be any additional requirements which are not mentioned in our general package we would be pleased to give them consideration.

Terms of payment
A deposit of 88 Euros per person that is only refundable (less bank transfer charges) if cancellation is advised more than 60 days prior to arrival date. The balance is payable in full prior to departure. We accept payment by cash or Euro travellers’ cheques and regret that we do not accept credit cards.
